Karnataka Congress govt deliberately obstructing projects: Union Minister HD Kumaraswamy

Mandya (Karnataka), Apr 7 (UNI) Union Minister for Heavy Industries and Steel HD Kumaraswamy on Monday accused the Congress-led Karnataka government of deliberately obstructing his efforts to bring industries to the state due to political rivalry.
Speaking at the Kumbhabhishekam and consecration of new idols of Lord Siddhi Vinayaka and Nagadevata at Handanahalli village in Malavalli taluk, he said, "The Congress government is obstructing me at every step. I am not being allowed to work in the state."
Reaffirming his commitment to the people of Mandya, the Minister said, "The people of Mandya have elected me as their MP. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has entrusted me with the portfolios of Heavy Industries and Steel. I am working to bring industries to Mandya, Ramanagara or Tumakuru districts, but the state government is not cooperating."
