Mi-8 helicopter crashes in Russia's Leningrad region, killing crew

Moscow, Mar 18 (UNI) A Mi-28 helicopter crashed on Tuesday during a planned training flight over Russia's Leningrad region, killing the crew onboard, local media reported, citing the Russian Defense Ministry.
The helicopter, which was not carrying ammunition, crashed in an uninhabited area, the defense ministry was quoted as saying. The cause of the crash was not specified.
Search and rescue teams are currently working at the scene, according to the ministry.
