Court rejects bail of accused in money laundering case involving IAS officer

Patna, Apr 9 (UNI) The special Enforcement Directorate ( ED) court rejected the bail application of incarcerated Praveen Choudhary, an accused in the money laundering case of crores of rupees involving IAS officer Sanjeev Hans.
Special ED judge cum principal district and session judge Rupesh Dev, after hearing both of the parties, refused to grant bail to Chaudhary on Wednesday.
As it is, ED was investigating the money laundering case involving IAS officer Sanjeev Hans. After interrogation, the ED had arrested the former MLA Gulab Yadav and Praveen Choudhary along with several others.
