5.5-magnitude quake hits 161 km NW of Fangale'ounga, Tonga - USGS

Beijing, April 24 (UNI) An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.5 jolted 161 km NW of Fangale'ounga, Tonga at 0553 GMT on Wednesday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 232.0 km, was initially determined to be at 18.90 degrees south latitude and 175.56 degrees west longitude.
