Chandigarh Aug 14 (UNI) Punjab Power Minister Harbhajan Singh ETO on Wednesday announced
the completion of major upgradation work in Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL)'s power transmission network at a combined estimated cost of Rs 151 crores.
He said here that PSPCL commissioned three new 66 kV grid substations, adding a substantial 80 MVA to the power grid. “Additionally, 32 power transformers were augmented, resulting in an additional capacity of 277 MVA. Furthermore, five new power transformers were installed, contributing an extra 77.5 MVA capacity”, he added.
