Cong govt trying to bring forged FSL report on pro-Pak sloganeering: Vijayendra

Cong govt trying to bring forged FSL report on pro-Pak sloganeering: Vijayendra

Bengaluru, March 2 (UNI) Karnataka BJP President Vijayendra Yediyurappa on Saturday alleged that the Congress government in the state is trying to bring a forged FSL report denying the raising of Pakistan Zindabad slogans by supporters of Congress MP Syed Naseer Hussain.
"There are strong rumours that the FSL report has reached the state government and it has been proved in that report that anti-national elements shouted slogans. I have heard that they will bring another FSL report, which will be a forged one," he told media here.
Their minority appeasement politics has stooped to such a level that is threatening the security and safety of the people of Karnataka, the BJP state president added.
Vijayendra also demanded the arrest of culprits who raised 'Pakistan Zindabad' slogans on Assembly premises last week. "Till now, no action has been taken," he told a section of media here.
Meanwhile, Union Minister Pralhad Joshi alleged that the FSL report has been received by the government, and yet Chief Minister Siddaranaiah is saying he would submit some more clippings for verification before taking action.
"Almost all news channels and media persons present there confirmed the pro-Pakistan slogans raised in the Vidhan Soudha after Naseer Hussain's victory. They - Hussain, Chief Minister, Home Minister, Deputy CM DK Shivakumar, have expressed regret. They are just sending a message that Karnataka is a safe place for radical elements and also terrorists," he said.
The BJP also demanded the Congress government in the state to hand over the Rameshwaram Cafe blast case to NIA immediately.
"Yesterday's bomb blast at Rameshwaram Cafe. The BJP has demanded that the state government has to hand over the investigation to NIA immediately," Vijayendra said.
