Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri in Mauritius, calls on PM Navin Ramgoolam

Port Louis/New Delhi, July 1 (UNI) Indian Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri, who is on an official visit to Mauritius, today called on Prime Minister Navinchandra Ramgoolam, during which they committed to strengthening the strategic partnership in line with the evolving priorities of the government.
According to a post on social media, the discussions also covered preparations for PM Ramgoolam’s forthcoming visit to India.“Shri Vikram Misri, Foreign Secretary of India, called on the Hon Dr Navinchandra Ramgoolam, Prime Minister of Mauritius.
“During their meeting, they reaffirmed the deep-rooted and special ties between India and Mauritius, and committed to strengthening the strategic partnership in line with the evolving priorities of the new government.
