Mock drill at Kangra airport to deal with emergency situation

Kangra, Feb 28 (UNI) A mock drill was conducted at Gaggal airport in Kangra district to deal with emergency situations, a top airport official said on Friday.
This exercise is conducted every two years, which tests the preparedness of the airport.
Airport Director Dhirendra Singh told UNI that through this mock drill, a practical exercise was done to handle situations like emergency landing and crash. In this, rescue operations were successfully tested in collaboration with all local and government agencies.
