One killed, 5 wounded in shooting in Indiana

Chicago, Mar 24 (UNI) One person was killed, and five others, including a police officer, were wounded in an early morning shooting on Sunday in Indianapolis, U.S. state of Indiana.
Two police officers in full uniform were working in off-duty employment at a bar when a disturbance occurred in the parking lot outside the bar at around 1:30 a.m., local media quoted Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Chief Christopher Bailey as saying during a news conference at the scene.
Both officers exchanged gunfire with a suspect, and one officer was shot in the upper thigh but is expected to recover.
